Terminology
Term | Meaning |

Producer | Oversees the entire broadcast, managing transitions, audio, feeds, and team communication. Their goal is to maintain a smooth stream. |
Observer | Acts as the camera operator, spectating the match and switching between players for cinematic shots. Their goal is to capture all of the action. |
Caster | The on-air commentators who provide play-by-play analysis, entertainment, and match updates. They keep viewers engaged. |
API | The link that lets different tools and systems talk to each other. It automatically pulls live data, like scores or rosters, directly into your broadcast graphics. |
Seats | Represents an individual user's access to edit the event. Limited seats based on subscription tier. This is not required for all production members. |
Desktop Connections | The users that actively upload game data to your dashboard event. They will not have access to edit the workspace. |
Workspaces | The dedicated space for an events organization and resources. Everything related to a specific broadcast or tournament operates here. |
